Quality of life improvements

Changes

This update improves the guest seating experience with new features and bug fixes:

• New: Allow seating a single guest and removing a single guest from a table, even when paired with another guest.
• New: Show seat numbers on empty seats.
• Fix: Always sort chairs in the same order around a table.
• Fix: Sort guests in the guest seat-selection picker by name.
• Fix: Potential crash around deleting multiple chairs on a table.
• Fix: Crash when adding a plus one to an existing guest.
• Other: Increase maximum possible length of tables.
• Other: Increase maximum possible length of floor tiles.
• Other: Increase maximum possible length of the aisle item.
