Minor bug fixes and polish

Release notes

• Add a welcome popup for first time customers.
• Tweaks to onboarding flow.
• Round sizes to 2 decimal places instead of 1.
• Better tap and pan gesture detection for rotated items.
• Button to add a new guest when picking a guest for seat.
• Select size text value when starting to edit.
• Tapping “library” tab when panel is closed will open the panel.
• Fix text placement so it’s always above other items.
