Release notes

• Add balloon arch item.
• Add picnic table item.
• Add centerpiece option to tables: flowers, plates, candles.
• Add generic shapes with text to library. Support rectangles, circles, and arrows.
• Localize widget parameter strings.
• Fix bug where surfaces might be layered above other items like tables.
