Transferring your account to a new device
Seat Puzzle uses iCloud and the App Store to keep track of your data and membership. That means there is no separate account system to signup or login and that we don‘t have access to this data.
Your events and other data
To get setup on a new iPhone, iPad, or Mac, all you have to do is make sure you are signed into the same iCloud in your system settings.
Your membership should be automatically detected when you install Seat Puzzle on a new iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
Occasionally a membership needs to be manually reloaded. To do so, you can use the “Restore Purchases” button at the bottom of the membership page.
