Couch, vines, and bug fixes

Release notes

• New: Add a couch and vines to the item library.
• Fix: Venue background images were extremely low resolution and should now be higher fidelity.
• Other: Don‘t zoom out when editing a room.
• Other: Don‘t scroll to fit an item into frame if it‘s already in frame.
• Other: Add message explaining item lock.
• Other: Shorter editing panels to give more room for editing.
