Delete your Seat Puzzle account

You can request deletion without installing Seat Puzzle. Sign in to your account on the web, open the account deletion section, and confirm deletion. Account deletion is permanent.

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] with the subject “Seat Puzzle account deletion.” Send the request from an email associated with your account when possible. We will verify ownership before deleting account data. Never send passwords or payment details.

Subscriptions

Cancel active subscription billing before deleting your account. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. For Google Play purchases, open Google Play subscriptions; for Apple purchases, use your Apple account's subscriptions settings. Website subscriptions can be managed from your Seat Puzzle account. Contact us if you need help completing deletion after cancellation.

What deletion means

Deletion removes your Seat Puzzle account and its associated account data, including owned event plans and guest information. Information you shared or exported to other people may remain in their copies. Limited records may be retained where required for billing, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
