How to edit your floor color and size
Seat Puzzle supports resizing your venue according to your real-life floor plan. You can create venues up to 500 ft by 500 ft, and you can change floor size later if the room dimensions need to be smaller or larger.
You can also customize the background color of your floor plan. If your event floorplan looks black, check whether the venue background color was changed and whether your device is using dark mode.
- From your event, tap “Edit event”.
- Tap “Venue layout & background” to open the venue editor.
- Change the color or floor plan dimensions to match what you want.
