How to import a guest list from a CSV file

The Guest Import page is where you can select a CSV file and create a guest list from the rows of your file.

If you use Microsoft Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets, you‘ll need to export your spreadsheet to a CSV file before importing it into Seat Puzzle.

During the import process, you‘ll be asked to tell Seat Puzzle which columns from your file correspond to which guest fields in the app. This includes first and last name, whether the guest is allowed to bring a plus one, if the guest is a VIP, and if the guest is a child.

More supported fields will be added over time and it‘s okay if your file contains additional columns.
