Set up RSVP categories and collect responses

RSVP categories let you collect responses from guests. Everything from attendance to menu choice.

  1. Open the RSVP category manager.
  2. Create a category for the information you want to collect, such as a meal choice or song request.
  3. Add the response options for that category.
  4. Save the category.
  5. Review or update a guest’s answers from their guest detail record.
  6. Return to the attendance tools to check which guests still have missing responses.
