Reset an event or clear the guest list

Resetting an event is the fastest way to start over when you want to delete the guest list and rebuild the floor plan.

  1. Open the event settings for the event.
  2. Look for the reset or delete event data option.
  3. Confirm that you want to remove the event data.

What reset is for

Use reset when you want to clear the guest list, remove assigned seats, delete placed floor items, and rebuild the event from a blank state. If you only need to remove one person, open that guest record and delete or unassign that guest instead.

Reset cannot be used to recover a previous guest list after it has been cleared, so export or copy anything you want to keep before resetting.
