How to request a refund for an accidental charge

Thank you for trying Seat Puzzle and sorry you were inadvertently charged. Apple often charges for a subscription renewal up to 24 hours before the actual renewal date, so it can be confusing.
Apple has a form where you can request a refund for App Store purchases.
Unfortunately, we don’t have the ability to provide a refund ourselves because the App Store handles all billing. We never have access to your billing information.
